ONLY jobs owned by clients of type "Client" or "Prospect" are included
"Open" are jobs in status: "In progress", "On hold", or "Ready for invoicing"
"Closed" are jobs in status: "Invoiced"
Jobs in status "Quotation" and "Cancelled" are hence NEVER included in any dashboard
Budget (B)
Total value (not only NR value) of externally approven Price quotes (status 50).
Spend (S)
The sales value of all time entries, external costs, personal expenses, and mileage entries.
IMPORTANT NOTE: For technical reasons, material entries in WorkBook are never included in numbers in GoSimplo.
Invoiced (I)
The sum of sales invoices (excl. VAT/taxes) that are finalized.
Specifics for "Overview" dashboard
ONLY billable jobs are included
Specifics for "All projects" dashboard
Does not contain closed jobs that are more than 2 years old
