"Closed" are projects with status: "Ended"
Projects on clients that have been defined as "Internal" clients in GoSimplo setup are NEVER included
"Template" projects are NEVER included in any dashboard
Budget (B)
Total Budget (including expense types).
Spend (S)
The sales value of all time entries and cost value of expense items.
Invoiced (I)
The sum of sales invoices (excl. VAT/taxes) that are "Approved".
Specifics for "Overview" dashboard
ONLY billable projects are included (i.e. all projects where contract type is not set to "Not for invoicing")
Specifics for "All projects" dashboard
Does not contain closed projects that are more than 2 years old
