General
1. "Open" are projects not set to "Archived"
2. "Closed" are projects set to "Archived"
3. Projects on clients that have been defined as "Internal" clients in GoSimplo setup are NEVER included. See and modify your setup here (click the cog wheel below Harvest logo).
4. Invoicing directly to clients (not relating to a project) is NEVER included on Project dashboards (as opposed to Client dashboards, where they are counted)
Budget (B)
Fixed Fee project type
Total Budget equals amount displayed in "Project fees" field
Time & Materials project type
Requires using budget methods "Total project fees" or "Fees per task" (other methods do not generate a budget value for the project)
Spend (S)
The sales value of all time entries and cost price of all expense items.
Invoiced (I)
The sum of sales invoices (excl. VAT/taxes) which are not either in status "Draft" or "Written-off".

Does not contain closed projects that are more than 2 years old
